We explain our policy regarding the refund and recovery of the value of consulting services, the nature of these services, and what follows from them.

Introduction

The consulting services provided by MATEEN Management Consulting are an intellectual and professional effort expended as soon as delivery of the service begins. The moment work commences, we dedicate our team's time, expertise, and resources to analyzing the status of your organization and designing the appropriate solutions for it — an effort that cannot be reversed or undone once expended.

For this reason, the nature of our services differs from physical products that can be returned, which calls for a clear refund policy that we share with you transparently before contracting.

No-Refund Policy

Your payment of the value of the service and your proceeding with the engagement constitute your explicit agreement to this policy and your prior knowledge of its content.

Our policy is grounded in the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations exclude certain cases from the right of withdrawal (refund), most notably services whose delivery has begun with the consumer's consent and knowledge before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Since our consulting services commence delivery the moment the engagement is contracted and with your consent, they fall within this regulatory exception, to which the right to recover amounts paid does not apply.

Exceptional Cases Before Delivery Begins

Certain circumstances may arise before the service delivery actually begins, and in such cases we clarify the following:

  • Any special arrangements relating to the cancellation or amendment of the service before delivery begins are discussed amicably and settled in writing between the parties before commencing the work.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing and before delivery begins, the no-refund policy remains the default and the general rule.
