Acceptance of the Terms

Your access to or use of the MATEEN Management Consulting website, or your request for any of our services, constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the website or requesting the services.

Definitions

Wherever they appear in this document, the following terms shall have the meanings set out against each of them:

  • "The Company" or "MATEEN": MATEEN Management Consulting, the provider of the consulting services.
  • "The Client": any individual or organization that requests our services, contracts with us, or uses our website.
  • "The Services": all management and strategic consulting services provided by MATEEN, whether through the website or through direct contracts.

Scope of Consulting Services

  • Our services are delivered within a specialized advisory framework, and include diagnosis, solution design, and implementation support as agreed.
  • The recommendations and deliverables we provide are advisory in nature and are intended to support the Client in making decisions; the final decision, its implementation, and its responsibility remain with the Client.
  • The scope, deliverables, and duration of each project are precisely defined in the contract or service proposal agreed upon between the parties.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the quality of the service and the achievement of the desired results, the Client undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and correct information and data regarding the status and needs of their organization.
  • Cooperate effectively with the MATEEN team throughout the diagnosis, design, and implementation stages.
  • Provide the resources and authorizations necessary to deliver the service in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to the timelines and payments agreed upon under the contract.

MATEEN shall not bear responsibility for any shortfall in results arising from inaccurate information, lack of cooperation, or delay on the part of the Client.

Fees and Payment

The fees for our services are subject to the following provisions:

  • The value of the service and the payment schedule are clearly defined and documented in the agreed contract or service proposal.
  • All quoted prices are in Saudi Riyals.
  • Prices do not include Value Added Tax (15%), which is added in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be settled on their specified due dates, and delay may result in suspension of the service until payment is made.

No-Refund Policy

Given the nature of consulting services as intellectual effort expended immediately upon commencement, all services provided by MATEEN are non-refundable and non-recoverable once the engagement is contracted and/or service delivery has begun. For further details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of all information and data exchanged between them during and after the engagement period, and not to disclose it to any third party without written consent, except as required by law or the competent authorities. MATEEN treats the confidentiality of its clients' information with the utmost importance as part of its professional values.

Limitation of Liability

MATEEN exercises the utmost professional care in providing its services, subject to the following limits:

  • The final decision regarding the implementation of recommendations and measures remains the full responsibility of the Client.
  • MATEEN does not guarantee the achievement of specific financial results or particular figures, as results are affected by multiple factors beyond its control.
